Rapunzel is a Danish company that offers a user-friendly complete solution, where patients can use our mobile cooling caps to reduce hair loss during chemotherapy. This method can significantly impact quality of life and can give our users a sense of control during a difficult time. We have a clear mission: to make cooling caps accessible to everyone undergoing chemotherapy.

At Rapunzel, we are looking for an engaged and empathetic colleague to join our small, growing team. Every day, we work to advise, guide, and support people in vulnerable life situations because they or their loved ones are affected by serious illness. This requires empathy, structure, flexibility, and professionalism. As a User Experience Consultant, you, along with the rest of the team, will be a key point of contact for users of our mobile cooling caps, and their relatives, both in Denmark and abroad. You will therefore have close contact with people going through difficult processes and will be a significant support for them. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our growing online community and Rapunzel as a company.

YOUR TASKS

• Advise, guide, and support potential and current users - and relatives.
• Answer inquiries and communicate professionally and attentively in Danish, German, and English, both written and oral.
• Follow processes that ensure high user satisfaction and internal quality assurance.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information securely and responsibly.
• Work independently, create overview, and maintain structure.
• Actively participate in a small, close-knit team where we help each other and develop together.
• Contribute to facilitating and further developing our online user community, as this is a space where current and former users of our cooling caps can feel seen, heard, and supported.
• Contribute proactively to business development in a company that is growing both nationally and internationally.

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

At Rapunzel, we work to create more freedom of choice, security, and information for people undergoing cancer treatment. We do this, for example, by renting out mobile cooling caps, which can reduce hair loss during chemotherapy and for many contribute to an increased quality of life during a difficult time.

We are looking for a dedicated intern who wants to be an active part of our communication efforts and help develop Rapunzel's voice and visibility.

Your tasks

You will, among other things, work with:

• Development and planning of SoMe posts (primarily Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
• Analysis and evaluation of existing communication efforts
• Contribute to new communication initiatives and campaigns
• Participate in the development of user and target group analyses
• Ad hoc communication tasks in line with Rapunzel's development

The tasks will be adapted to your skills and interests – and you will have the opportunity to influence the content.

• Are studying communication, marketing, media science, branding, or similar
• Have an interest in SoMe, storytelling, and analysis
• Work structured and independently

We are looking for a committed intern who wants to work with user analysis, insights, and understanding of needs, and who wants to help strengthen our decisions within communication, product, and collaboration models.

Your tasks

You will, among other things, work with:

• Collection and analysis of user data and feedback (e.g., interviews, surveys, qualitative input)
• Mapping user journeys and needs (B2C and possibly B2B)
• Contributing to the development of personas and target audience segments
• Analysis of existing initiatives with a focus on user experience
• Sparring with the team on how insights can be translated into action
• Ad hoc tasks related to analysis and development

The tasks will be adapted to your skills and interests - and you will have the opportunity to influence both methodology and output.

We imagine that you:

• Are studying, for example, communication, UX, design, anthropology, sociology, psychology, marketing, or similar
• Have an interest in user behavior, analysis, and insights
