Rapunzel is a Danish healthcare company offering an innovative mobile scalp cooling solution to help people reduce hair loss during chemotherapy. Our mission is to make scalp cooling accessible to everyone who could benefit from it.

As we expand into Germany, we are looking for a German-speaking colleague to support our users throughout their treatment journey and help us build our presence in the German market.

You will combine personal user support with activities aimed at healthcare professionals, patient organisations and other relevant partners. This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious team and make a meaningful difference while helping grow an international business.

Your responsibilities

• Support and guide users throughout their scalp cooling journey, answering questions and providing practical guidance.
• Communicate with users and their families with empathy, care and professionalism.
• Help build relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics and patient organisations in Germany.
• Support German-language communication, outreach activities and initiatives to raise awareness of our mobile cold caps.
• Contribute ideas and take responsibility in a growing, international business.

Who you are

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Danish is not required.
• Empathetic, approachable and confident communicating about sensitive topics.
• Structured, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Interested in healthcare, patient support and developing a growing business.

Experience in customer support, healthcare, communications or business development is an advantage, but motivation and the right personal qualities matter most.

At Rapunzel, we work to create more freedom of choice, security, and information for people undergoing cancer treatment. We do this, for example, by renting out mobile cooling caps, which can reduce hair loss during chemotherapy and for many contribute to an increased quality of life during a difficult time.

We are looking for a dedicated intern who wants to be an active part of our communication efforts and help develop Rapunzel's voice and visibility.

Your tasks

You will, among other things, work with:

• Development and planning of SoMe posts (primarily Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
• Analysis and evaluation of existing communication efforts
• Contribute to new communication initiatives and campaigns
• Participate in the development of user and target group analyses
• Ad hoc communication tasks in line with Rapunzel's development

The tasks will be adapted to your skills and interests – and you will have the opportunity to influence the content.

We imagine that you:

• Are studying communication, marketing, media science, branding, or similar
• Have an interest in SoMe, storytelling, and analysis
• Work structured and independently
• Are curious, empathetic, and motivated by working with a meaningful purpose
• Want to be part of a small, passionate setup with a short path from idea to action

Do you want to work with user understanding and analysis in a meaningful project where your insights can make a real difference?

At Rapunzel, we work to create more freedom of choice, security, and information for people undergoing cancer treatment. We do this by renting out mobile cooling caps, which can reduce hair loss during chemotherapy and for many contribute to an increased quality of life during a difficult time.

We are looking for a committed intern who wants to work with user analysis, insights, and understanding of needs, and who wants to help strengthen our decisions within communication, product, and collaboration models.

Your tasks

You will, among other things, work with:

• Collection and analysis of user data and feedback (e.g., interviews, surveys, qualitative input)
• Mapping user journeys and needs (B2C and possibly B2B)
• Contributing to the development of personas and target audience segments
• Analysis of existing initiatives with a focus on user experience
• Sparring with the team on how insights can be translated into action
• Ad hoc tasks related to analysis and development

The tasks will be adapted to your skills and interests - and you will have the opportunity to influence both methodology and output.

We imagine that you:

• Are studying, for example, communication, UX, design, anthropology, sociology, psychology, marketing, or similar
• Have an interest in user behavior, analysis, and insights
• Work structurally and analytically
• Are curious, attentive, and empathetic
• Are motivated by working on a purpose-driven project where people are at the center
• Thrive in a small setup with a short distance from insight to decision
