Shipping policy

The delivery charge for a standard cold cap set set will be shown at checkout. If you require additional caps or accessories, delivery charges for these will be calculated separately.

The delivery charge assumes normal access and a surface suitable for vehicle access. If the delivery requires special arrangements, a surcharge may apply.

If there is a delay in delivery for reasons beyond our control, the waiting time will be invoiced. In the event of a wasted journey, the hirer shall pay any additional transport costs.

Orders placed before 2 pm are normally delivered the following day in Denmark and within 2–4 working days in the rest of Europe.
